THE BRIEF

Matamata Piako District Council engaged Jason to find an affordable low maintenance and code compliant solution to fix the leaky roof of their Te Aroha offices.

OUR WORK

When the Council failed to find an affordable and code compliant solution, Jason was brought on board, with his industry knowledge of new products and technologies to provide a fit-for-purpose overlay solution that met Council’s budget restraints. Jason procured the roofing contractor, scaffolding and services contractors and delivered the complete project within the six-month timeframe and without the need for the offices to be vacated. This upside also saved time and money as the council did not have to relocate to temporary premises which was seen as a major advantage over other options.

THE OUTCOME

The re-roofing project was a success, with a negotiated 30 year product warrantee included and the project delivered on time and to budget.
