THE BRIEF

After the successful delivery of the Glaisdale Radius Project we had the opportunity to work with a couple of the same developers again to design and deliver twelve townhouses. The brief included a tight timeframe and budget but through robust value engineering workshops and by choosing a proactive building contractor we were able to deliver to the client requirements.

SERVICES PROVIDED

To deliver to the time frame and budget required we sought alternative pricing, using the team’s relationships with local suppliers to supplement products like-for-like, getting better pricing for the more expensive items. Jason then engaged with two tenderers, working with them in a competitive environment to find where further savings could be achieved and adopting the best solution possible. The project was delivered on time and to budget including the installation of the extensive landscaping works and service areas.
